Dog Agility Course

Hannah has been making her own courses for D-O-G out of broom sticks and chairs and anything else she can get her hands on. David, Hannah and Isaac all chipped in to build an "official" agility course complete with A-frame and tire hoop.

Christmas Day

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve the kids were given the opportunity to play at the Children's Hospital. They played for parents who were waiting for their children to come out of surgery and then they played for patients in the lobby. (sample video at the end of post)

After dinner with cousins and candlelight service we opened presents:)

Newest Family Member

We have a new member in our family. She flew down to our friends right before they were heading out of town on vacation. No one ever claimed her so now we have a love bird named Polly.

She is slowly getting used to us taking her out of the cage. We still don't trust her 100% that is why the kids are wearing gloves.

Thanksgiving

Every year we join the Adopt a Soldier program and bring home soldiers for the day. This year we had Chris (who was from San Diego, how trippy is that!) and Randy from Chicago.

After brunch we set out a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving meal.

While we waited for turkey dinner we kept ourselves occupied...

talking on the phone...

watching football....

playing knockout....no picture:(

taking pictures...

playing video games...

cooking....

yeah...dinner is finally ready...

We had a great meal, thanks everyone for contributing. After dinner the kids played games, we sang, (thanks Isaac, Daryle and Nicole) and talked. Thank you God for allowing us to live in America where we can meet with family and friends and openly give thanks to you. Thank you for your many blessings.
