Are You Ready for Some Football?!

The weather is cool and footballs are in the air! :) The boys are playing flag football again this fall. Isaac and Adam are on the same team. Natey is playing while he is here. (No pics of him this week but I will get some next Sunday).

Williamsburg

The boys were at a men's retreat so Hannah and I decided to go to Williamsburg with some friends. We had a great time, shopping and listening to the interpreters.

I got this idea from my friend Heather. I took pics of the kids on our first full day of school. Isaac is entering the 8th grade and will be 14 in October. Hannah is entering 6th and is 11.

Summer Book Club

Hannah picked the book Elsie Dinsomore for her second annual summer book club. The girls discussed the book over tea, made journals and played games. They had a great time and Hannah is already trying to think of a book for next year.

I love summer, pool days, beach days, time with friends and family:)

This summer we had a few apples on our apple trees. I can't help but think of Jessi Hunt when I look at our little trees;)

When my mom came to visit we had a fun time hanging with the family. We watched Pride and Prejudice for the girls and Horatio Hornblower for the boys. My mom sewed a cute nightgown for Hannah.
